Meet The Team

I’m David Lescatre Jr, the founder of Evergreen Peak Media, a New Hampshire–based real estate media company focused on clean, modern, and effective visual marketing for properties across New England.

Before launching Evergreen Peak Media, I built my career through David Lescatre Jr Photography, where I’ve spent several years photographing weddings, couples, maternity sessions, and elopements. That work sharpened my eye for composition, light, and storytelling—skills that translate directly into creating compelling listing media that helps homes stand out in a competitive market.

Evergreen Peak Media was created to bring that same level of intention and polish to real estate. From interiors and exteriors to aerial imagery, my goal is to showcase properties in a way that feels natural, accurate, and visually engaging—without overprocessing or gimmicks.

I am also an FAA Part 107 certified drone pilot, which means all aerial photography and video is captured legally, safely, and in full compliance with federal regulations. This allows me to provide reliable aerial coverage for listings while protecting agents, homeowners, and buyers.
