  • We primarily work with real estate agents, brokers, builders, and property professionals. We also support teams and brokerages looking for consistent, high-quality listing content.

  • You can book directly through our online scheduling system or reach out via email to introduce yourself and discuss your needs. Booking ahead is recommended to ensure availability.

  • We recommend booking 3–5 days in advance when possible. However, we understand real estate timelines and will do our best to accommodate short-notice requests based on availability.

  • Evergreen Peak Media serves the towns of Manchester, Bedford, Concord & Portsmouth New Hampshire, along with the greater New England area. Including Areas of Maine, Vermont & Massachusetts. If your property is outside our standard service area, feel free to reach out to discuss options.

  • Most residential properties take between 1 hour and 3 hours, depending on size, services booked, and property readiness.

  • Standard turnaround is typically 1 day for photography. Video and larger marketing projects are typically 3 days but may require additional time. There are expedited options available.

  • All final content is delivered digitally through an online gallery, making it easy to download, share, and upload to MLS and marketing platforms.

  • Yes. Drone services are available where airspace and weather conditions allow and are conducted in compliance with FAA regulations. All pilots are Part 107 certified with insurance.

  • Yes. We deliver MLS-ready images along with high-resolution versions suitable for marketing, social media, and print use.

  • If weather impacts exterior photos or drone work, we’ll coordinate rescheduling or discuss alternative options to ensure the property is presented at its best.

  • Yes. We offer preferred pricing options for agents, teams, and brokerages booking regularly. Contact us to discuss a customized solution.

  • The agent receives full marketing usage rights for listing promotion and personal branding. This can not be transferred to another agent or person. Evergreen Peak Media retains copyright as the content creator.
